Your rights
Pursuant to article 7, Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, and articles from 15 to 22, Regulation (EU) no. 679/2016, you may exercise the following rights:

a. to access your personal data: the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data about you exist, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form;

b. to obtain the correction or deletion of same or limit their processing;

c. to obtain information about the origin of the personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, the data categories, the recipients or the categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, where possible, the retention period, as well as information about the identification details of the data controller, the data officer and any designated representatives or subjects to which the data may be communicated or which may become aware of same in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, as data officer or as data processor;

d. to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your personal data, entirely or in part, and specifically to object to data processing for the purposes of sending advertising material or direct sales or to perform market research or for commercial communications;

e. data portability;

f. to withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent granted prior to withdrawal;

g. to file a complaint with the Regulatory Authority.

Removal of registered users
Users may ask at any time to be removed from the list of registered users with a completely independent process. After logging onto the Terminal Darsena Toscana website, go to your preferences where you will find the “Unregister” function. This function removes all data retained and for this reason it is not possible to send you an email to confirm that the operation has been performed.
